Dairy Connect Ireland brings together for the first time producers, processors, innovators, policymakers and partners for a focused period of insight, dialogue and relationship-building. Designed to support growth across the Irish dairy ecosystem, the programme combines leadership perspectives, practical discussion and curated networking, concluding with an evening Ambassadors Dinner and awards presentation. Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers will be participating in association with Cais – The Association of Irish Farmhouse cheesemakers.
