Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers exhibit at SIAL Montreal, under the umbrella of their exclusive importers Agropur Fine Food Division . Sarah and Sergio Furno will share their passion for the blues the Canadian trade, showing how different it is in style to Canadian domestic blue cheese and French blues. Showing there is a place for many styles of blue cheese, and indeed for a board of blues.
