Sarah Furno was delighted to judge the Export Class, together with fellow judge Nick Bayne from The Fine Cheese Company. A class in which 25 very different cheeses contended to find the best in class with a very worthy winner in the oozing form of a perfectly elegant and balanced Yarlington by Kingstone Dairy, a cheese that was acknowledged by the Supreme Judging panel to be worthy of the crown of Reserve Champion.
