Long Table Dinner Tipperary Food Producers at Cashel Palace

In celebration of local Tipperary Food, executive chef Stephen Hayes of The Cashel Palace executed a banquet of Tipperary Produce, with a long table dinner running the length of the grand entrance to the Bishop’s Palace. On a balmy mid August evening,  with music, laughter and conviviality we joined fellow producers and foodies to enjoy a memorably orchestrated occasion with local food at it’s very heart.
