A Homage to our Fromage!

We are delighted to announce that our Sheep’s Cheeses picked up Silver at the Mondial du Fromage awards!!

As we are farmers, cheesemakers and maturers rather than cheesemongers, it is rare for us to have the opportunity to sell cheese on the knife. This made it particularly special to have the recent occasion in Tours, France at the Mondial du Fromage awards, to listen to the reaction of people tasting our cheese. Consistently people are astonished by the creaminess of our sheep’s milk cheeses. Both Crozier Blue and our more recent Shepherd’s Store both took home a Silver medal in the open sheep’s milk class! This honour has also been followed up just in the last days with a prestigious 2 stars in the Great Taste Awards!
