Party At the Old Dairy

A local celebration of 40 years of Cashel Blue, at the Old Farmhouse and Dairy. Celebrated with story telling and anecdotes from early customer Peter Ward of Country Choice, Nenagh , songs and music by Clara Marie Tracey and tales of early butter making on the farm in the 1950’s by Petronelle Grubb. The team and their families, suppliers, local chefs and fellow Tipperary Food Producers joined with the Grubb and Furno family to take some time out to recognise the journey, the people, the place.
